THE MISSION

I’m a bilingual Product Owner and AI Orchestrator built on a foundation of extreme ownership. Over the past 17 years, I've led complex, high-stakes projects across commercial television and tech. Armed with deep Agile expertise (PSM II), I now leverage AI as a massive force multiplier to drive unprecedented productivity.

Most recently, I architected and built BandMath—a comprehensive cross-platform SaaS ecosystem—from the ground up. I combine the rigorous discipline of a senior project manager with cutting-edge AI workflows to guarantee frictionless delivery, eliminate bottlenecks, and radically accelerate time-to-market.

CASE STUDY: BANDMATH

Building a Full SaaS Ecosystem with Zero Headcount

By heavily leveraging AI workflows, I single-handedly orchestrated, architected, and deployed a massive modular ecosystem comprising 7 interconnected platforms.

  • Multi-Platform Ecosystem: Architected and published a cross-platform SaaS App (Web, Google Play, iOS App Store), a Supabase API, a custom Admin Console, a User Billing Portal, a Marketing Site, and a Knowledge Base.
  • Strategic Monetization (Web Portal): Engineered a dedicated web portal for user subscription management and transaction history, strategically bypassing the 30% App Store revenue tax.
  • Finance & Purchasing: Engineered a sophisticated debt settlement platform enabling users to share expenses and revenues, backed by strict double-entry accounting. Integrated omnichannel payments (Stripe Connect, Tap to Pay on iPhone, Google Pay, Cash) and an algorithm that seamlessly handles uneven splits and precise penny rounding.
  • Security & Governance: Secured the ecosystem with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies, integrated Apple and Google OAuth for frictionless sign-in, and deployed idempotent webhooks to guarantee bulletproof transaction processing.
  • Bespoke UI/UX Design: Designed a highly intuitive, frictionless user experience from the ground up. Instead of relying on generic SaaS templates, I crafted a unique visual identity that is as usable as it is visually distinct.
  • Deployment Automation & CI/CD: Deployment and maintenance of 4 distinct CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and Vercel for continuous delivery to the Web, Google Play, and iOS App Store.
  • Automated QA & Docs: Engineered an End-to-End (E2E) testing apparatus that captures screenshots during the build process. Every time the app updates, the latest UI changes flow directly into the public Knowledge Base without any human intervention.
  • Support Ecosystem & Jira: Built an automated support-to-engineering pipeline: incoming user bug reports via email are instantly converted into Jira Service Management tickets and injected directly into the developer Kanban board.
  • Centralized Admin Console: Built a comprehensive back-office dashboard to manage SaaS subscription tiers, push notifications, dynamic email templates, legal documents, and track global KPIs.
  • Standardized SDLC & Scalability: Strictly adhering to industry-standard Software Development Lifecycle practices, ensuring the entire architecture can be seamlessly handed off to a team of professional developers at any time.
